The service

Nord eSIM provides prepaid travel data connectivity through partner mobile networks. Plan details — destinations, validity, data allowance, and any fair-use rules — are shown on the product page before checkout.

Your responsibilities

Confirm your device supports eSIM and is unlocked before buying
Provide accurate order and contact information
Use the service lawfully and in line with plan terms
Keep your QR / activation details confidential

Coverage & performance

Speeds and availability depend on local partner networks and can vary by location, congestion, and device. Nord eSIM does not guarantee uninterrupted service everywhere within a listed destination.

Orders, delivery & refunds

eSIMs are delivered digitally after payment. Refund and return handling is described in our Refund Policy and Return Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nord eSIM is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including missed travel connections or business interruption) arising from use of the service. Our total liability for a given order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
